Ground Up Online Programming

There are a lot of people who exercise on a regular basis, but don't feel they are 'getting the most out of it'.

 

As a coach, whether it be dealing with a runner, a weight lifter, or a basketball player, it is not uncommon to hear reports of dissatisfaction when it comes to training outcomes.

 

These people will often say it feels like they are 'spinning the wheels' or are 'stuck in a rut' when it comes to exercise, and that they feel they should be getting better results, especially considering the amount of training they are doing.

 

Most of us have some kind of goal when it comes to exercise.

 

The problem is, most people know how to run, how to kick a ball, how to work out, etc. but don't exactly know how to write themselves a program or plan that helps them achieve their goals.

 

Whether it be a plan to optimise your training load for GAA championship, to help you hit your next squat PR, or to just feel better through exercise, the aim of Ground Up online programming is to help fill in the gaps, helping you reach your goals.

What is the sign up process?

1. Get in contact.

2. Connect with your coach

Take the first step and express your interest by filling in the online programming questionnaire. Please fill this out with as much detail as possible and be sure to include all relevant details. The more information your provide here, the better. Please note that any information you share in this questionnaire is not shared with any third party. 

If we deem Ground Up to be a good match for you, you will be matched with the appropriate coach who will then contact you to organise a one-to-one online consultation  If, for some reason we feel Ground Up may not be the right fit*, you may be referred elsewhere.

*While we strive to offer a great service to everyone, we also know what we don't know. As a result, in certain circumstances, we may not have the skillset appropriate for helping you reach your goals.

3. Get started

Begin your journey toward achieving your goals! Once you have connected with your coach and have completed the initial consultation, you will be invited to begin your online program. All program details, communication, and guidance is done via a mobile phone app. You will receive regular communication from your coach to ensure you are progressing smoothly through your program.

What Separates Ground Up Online Programming from others?

The key difference is that you will be dealing with a real, personal coach who will be with you to guide you throughout your journey. They will regularly check in to make sure things are running smoothly and will be available at the press of a button should you need to ask them for anything. This includes reviewing form (via video) to make sure you're doing the exercises properly, adapting/tweaking your program to suit an injury, or simply just to ask a question about an exercise.
